NewhomeinTurkey is DISGRACEFUL. I wouldn't go near them if I had another chance. I purchased 2 properties from them last year that were "amazing investments" according to NewHomeinTurkey. I was very happy with the investment and actively promoted the company among my colleagues. However ONE MONTH after my purchase they proceeded to back out of the development they had sold to me completely, without telling me a thing! I found out 5 months later from a colleague that I'd referred to this company that there were title deed issues with the investment, that the project was way behind schedule and that development had stalled for a few months. My colleague had been advised by NewHomeinTurkey that it was a very risky investment and that it should be avoided at all costs. How embarrassing is that. And they hadn't told me anything. Nobody from the company would answer my emails. I phoned them about it and the manager of the whole compamy refused to answer my questions or be of any assistance. Now here I sit overseas trying to get rid of these properties and they don't care one bit. I'm not a very happy chap. Oh and btw. My colleage eventually never bought anything from them - she found out that their prices were substantially higher than other companies selling the same projects. So shop around. And if you see a lot of amazing reviews about this company DO NOT BE FOOLED. I was also once a satisfied customer - my reviews from last year would have looked amazing. Just trying to save you some if the issues that have caused me grey hairs this year!
