This shop has only a server in Luxembourg and is working from New Delhi. Site and conversations are translated in German, Dutch , French with google translate. You can call them. It looks like you call a helpdesk in your own country, but that’s only the phone number. You will call to India an speak with a poor English speaking person.
The big problem is the text on the website. It is translated to your own language and full of mistakes.
The items are real and shipped quickly. But if you rely on the info on the site and order it wrong, don’t expect any service. It’s your own problem and customer service is very aggressive and rude in this case.

I don't understand how you found the information that we work from New Delhi but it is absolutely false.
All our team is in Luxembourg and some of our employees are ok to shake your hands in our headoffice on 21 rue glesner Luxembourg L1631.
It is true that some of our employees dont speak all the langages from our website and some use a translator (which is not google translate by the way).
Nevertheless, some of our employees doesn't speak very well English but no one is from India (very funny since we all know each other and trying to identify who was your interlocutor).
Your comment has no sens since you mention you order the wrong product.
Nevertheless, despite the fact you think we are working from New Delhi, we work with EU laws and we accept a cancellation of order as long as you respect the 15 days notice after delivery.
